Under the leadership of our head chef Luciano Puicher, our kitchen team creates sophisticated menus with South Tyrolean and Italian specialities, using only the freshest products that are both locally-sourced and in season.

To make your holiday feel like a real indulgence we will start the day with a heartfelt greeting, followed by a lavish breakfast buffet selection. At the end of the day’s activities and adventures, a carefully selected a-la-carte menu awaits you, starting off with an antipasti buffet, salads and grilled vegetables. These delights of Tyrolean cuisine will of course be accompanied by fine regional wines from our exceptionally well-stocked wine cellar.
